The final Majefa party came to a close tonight, after countless years operating in Manchester.
The first Majefa I went to was in 2014 where Stoneface & Terminal performed, and that was a superb classics night.
Since then, I've only attended two more, one being the finale of 2016 and the one I'm writing about.
I started off by making my way to Manchester with a massive migraine, but that wasn't going to stop me from enjoying the final Majefa ever!
I got to the club fine after meeting up with some friends, and listened to a bit of Airwave before heading upstairs for the 3hr marathon set of Akira Kayosa. Of course I loved it. This gentleman doesn't play anymore, so this was a very special set to witness.

What a superb set, don't you agree?
It finished shortly after 4am, at which point, we all made our way out of the famous Sound Control club, and into the street. Some people went home, a few hopped into taxi's, but for me, I headed over towards the after-party, because I had some time to kill before the coach arrived.
The after-party was very good, but mainly with my headache, it was nice to just sit and relax for a bit. It poured with rain outside, so that wasn't fun, but walking from there to Shudehill was bearable, even in the cold.
Overall, Majefa, you will be missed, but thanks very much for the awesome parties you have hosted in Manchester. Live long and prosper! XD
